PUNCH

This is NOT your typical 1980s aerobic kickboxing class-this is PUNCH. 60 minutes of intense, fast-paced fitness kickboxing targeting cardio, core and body weight resistance training. This is an opportunity to knock-out the stress of life while simultaneously toning all parts of your body.

CAUTION: pummeling a 6-ft heavy bag may leave you feeling like a bad ass

KETTLE KOMBAT

Similar to PUNCH, with kettlebells thrown in…to combat boredom AND calories. This class combines the cardio of kickboxing with weight resistance training to leave you feeling like a warrior (and looking good like one too!) 60 minutes of intense, fast-paced fitness kickboxing targeting cardio, core and body weight resistance training. This is an opportunity to knock-out the stress of life while simultaneously toning all parts of your body.

TREAD AND SHRED

This class takes interval and circuit training to the next level. Using the best treadmills in the world (really…check it out!) to conduct incline, speed and endurance training like a pro. Just when you think you can’t be pushed any further, you hop off the treadmill to complete full body exercises with suspension trainers, dumbbells, etc to leave you treaded AND shredded.

BURN

Get ready to feel the burn, baby! This full-body, “bootcamp” style class utilizes ropes, medicine balls, bosu balls, and basically anything else on the fitness spectrum to keep you on your toes. No two classes are ever alike, and your body will be burning calories WAY after your workout is over. SCHEDULE THIS CLASS

HAPPY HOUR

HAPPY HOUR is a mash-up of all of our classes. Be prepared to shred, punch out the stress of the week, and get a sweet burn that will combat the calories for the weekend ahead! Afterwards, hangout, have a drink and meet some new people! Our favorite class of the week! SCHEDULE THIS CLASS

YOGA

This class will introduce yoga poses as well as sequences of poses to provide a yoga flow based class. We will focus on awakening and engaging the core, learn proper body mechanics and alignment, and improve balance all while calming the mind. These classes work well in conjunction with BODYFIT PUNCH classes or on their own. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Come slow down while still tightening up! SCHEDULE THIS CLASS
